Vendor Details

  • Table Size: 6ft

  • Vendor Fee:$175 per booth

  • Location: Mission City Ballroom

  • Booth assignments are made on a first-paid, first-served basis.

  • Unless listed in the event, vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, displays, and electrical needs (if required).

How to Reserve Your Booth

  3. Return to the floor map to add additional booths. Booths in your cart will appear yellow.

  4. When you're finished, complete checkout.

  5. After checkout, you'll be automatically redirected to the Exhibitor Registration Form. Please have your Order Number and Booth Number(s) ready.

Your reservation is complete only after payment and the Exhibitor Registration Form have both been submitted.
