Vendor Details
Table Size: 6ft
Vendor Fee:$175 per booth
Location: Mission City Ballroom
Booth assignments are made on a first-paid, first-served basis.
Unless listed in the event, vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, displays, and electrical needs (if required).

Hello Cardshow Con Vendors,
We’re excited to welcome you to Cardshow Con Santa Clara this Saturday, October 3rd! We’re looking forward to a great event and want to make sure setup and load-in go as smoothly as possible for everyone. Please take a few minutes to review the important vendor information below.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
Each reserved vendor space includes:
• One 6 ft. table with tablecloth
• 1–2 chairs per table
EVENT LOCATION
Santa Clara Convention Center Mission City Ballroom 5001 Great America Pkwy Santa Clara, CA 95051
Important: Once you enter through the front of the Convention Center, go left around the center fountain and look for the glass-front building on your right.
FRIDAY VENDOR LOAD-IN
Friday, October 2 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
We highly encourage everyone to take advantage of Friday setup whenever possible. This will help make Saturday morning much easier and allow everyone to be ready when doors open.
Please bring any carts or dollies you may need to transport your merchandise and equipment into the venue.
SATURDAY MORNING
All vendors must be completely set up and ready no later than 9:00 AM on Saturday. Please plan accordingly. After this time, access and movement inside the venue may become highly restricted due to Fire Marshal regulations, aisle clearance requirements, and event operations. Late arrival may result in difficulty accessing your space and could affect the availability of your table. If you experience any delays or are unable to arrive during Friday setup, please contact us directly as soon as possible so we can help coordinate your arrival.
Our goal is to make the setup process as smooth as possible for everyone.
EVENT BREAKDOWN
At the conclusion of the show, all vendor merchandise, displays, equipment, and personal items must be completely removed from the venue no later than 8:00 PM.
This allows our team enough time to clean the ballroom, organize equipment, and return the venue on schedule.
